Business Development Manager – Projects Foster Plumbing, a Crete United Company, is a trusted commercial plumbing contractor serving the Denver metro area. We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new plumbing construction revenue across small projects and commercial construction opportunities. This is a true hunter role, focused on building new relationships, developing a healthy project pipeline, and partnering closely with operations to deliver profitable plumbing work. What You’ll Do * Identify, pursue, and close new plumbing project opportunities * Target general contractors, developers, and owners focused on commercial construction * Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and discovery through proposal and close * Lead customer discovery conversations to understand plumbing scope, schedule, and budget * Partner with operations to develop competitive plumbing proposals for projects * Build and manage a qualified pipeline with accurate forecasting * Maintain Salesforce (CRM) as the single source of truth * Negotiate pricing, scope, and contract terms aligned with Foster Plumbing’s plumbing capabilities * Represent Foster Plumbing and Crete United at job walks, pre-bid meetings, and customer meetings Project Focus: * Tenant improvements * Retail and office buildouts * Restaurants and hospitality * Medical and professional buildings * And others as capabilities expand What We’re Looking For * 5+ years of experience in plumbing, MEP, or subcontractor business development * Demonstrated success selling small commercial or small project construction * Existing relationships with Denver-area general contractors preferred * Strong understanding of plumbing scopes, estimating coordination, and construction sales cycles * Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close profitable plumbing work * Highly organized with strong follow-through and communication skills * CRM experience required (Salesforce preferred) * Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally throughout the Denver metro area What’s In It For You * $100K - $120K base salary plus performance-based commission * Vehicle allowance and company-provided IT package * Strong estimating and operations support focused on small-project execution * Clear expectations, leadership visibility, and long-term growth opportunity * Work for a company committed to safety, quality, and customer relationships Check out our video for more information: Build The Future with Crete United [https://youtu.be/eArEfojheAc] How to Apply: Apply directly through the job board where you found this posting (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter) or submit your application through our careers page at www.creteunited.com.
