About The Role As the Business Development Manager, D2C and PoM, you will have responsibility for the strategy and profitable growth of the Electrolux business across all brands & categories within the eCommerce (D2C) channel in conjunction with developing the Electrolux Peace of Mind sales channel. You will demonstrate a thorough market understanding, strong leadership capability and an ability to remain agile to deliver results. You will work closely with the Head of Sales Peace of Mind and the regional D2C team to establish & drive the execution of the overall D2C and Peace of Mind sales plan. Also, it is essential for you to build strong cross-functional relationships within Electrolux to ensure the broader business is aligned and able to support the implementation of the D2C and Peace of Mind business plan. What You’ll Do Your focus will be centered around ensuring that we grow our Electrolux business both in terms of net sales and profit within the D2C and Peace of Mind channel. In partnership with the Head of Sales Peace of Mind, you will engage on a regular with key stakeholders building solid partnerships across the market. You will effectively engage in strategic discussions to establish new partnership agreements with specific objectives which deliver desired financial outcomes within the available budget. Internally your focus, from a total channel perspective, will be; Management of the overall business plan for the D2C channel Develop and implement new product offerings in our Peace of Mind channel that lead to improved consumer experience Working closely with Finance, Marketing, Product Line and Sales Operations and Logistics functions to ensure a strong connection with market & other relevant trends. Owning & optimising the forecasting process for ecommerce plans in line with overall ANZ S&OP. Lead internal performance and activity discussions with our regional D2C CDI Team. Who You Are An experienced Business Development Manager with a history of driving commercial results Results driven and ambitious individual who is passionate about driving success Extensive experience in developing channel strategies and programs to maximise consumer experience Advanced excel skills and confident in forecasting, reporting and budget tracking. Strong communication skills Able to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the online retail space and submit proposals on where to focus Work comfortably in a fast paced, high performing environment, tackling problems proactively and generating ideas and proposals that support the business in achieving its goals and objectives Core Competencies Strategic mindset Strong stakeholder management – maintain strong working relationships, effective communication with business leads. Strong commercial acumen - a strong understanding of EHP business, the market and environment, Adaptive Thinking - Approaches sales challenges in a positive, solution-oriented manner.
