Poppadom & Pints, a vibrant restaurant known for authentic cuisine and draught beers, is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager. In this key role, you will drive our growth by forging strong corporate and community partnerships, identifying new revenue streams, and expanding our market presence. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Proven experience (2+ years) in a business development, sales, or events role, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and business growth KPIs.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently, think strategically, and manage multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of the Liverpool corporate and hospitality scene is a significant advantage.
• A genuine passion for food, drink, and creating outstanding guest experiences.

  Pay: £36,000.00-£39,000.00 per year

• Develop and implement growth strategies to achieve sales targets, focusing on new revenue streams like corporate catering, private events, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain a strong network of corporate clients and community partners through proactive outreach and representing Poppadom & Pints at local events.
• Drive the end-to-end sales process for private and corporate bookings, from initial enquiry and negotiation to final execution.
• Collaborate with the management team to create and promote compelling event packages and targeted marketing campaigns.
• Track and report on sales performance and provide insights on market trends and opportunities.
