We are seeking dynamic professionals to drive market entry and build strategic partnerships in this high-growth sector. We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to spearhead customer acquisition, partnerships, and market penetration for our integrated power ecosystem in the AI datacenter sector. This role is ideal for a commercially driven leader with strong industry connections and technical fluency, who thrives in a startup-like environment. You will be the frontline representative in the US market, leveraging your network to open doors with hyperscalers, data center operators, and technology partners. You’ll manage the sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting and technical engagement through to deal closure. Acting as the commercial complement to our technical and product leadership, you will help shape our go-to-market strategy and accelerate adoption of our solutions. Location: Remote Duties and Responsibilities: Business Development & Networking Identify and pursue opportunities with hyperscalers, AI datacenter operators, EPCs, and integrators. Leverage existing industry relationships to introduce and position our power ecosystem solutions with mega-players. Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our integrated power ecosystem, and power conversion solutions, from lead generation to deal closure. Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting value propositions, and negotiating contracts. Consistently achieve revenue targets while building a robust pipeline. Technical Sales Support Conduct early-stage technical discussions to assess customer needs and position solutions. Stay current with AI datacenter trends, power electronics, storage, and competitive landscape to inform strategy. Go-to-Market & Partnerships Help define commercial models, pricing, and deployment strategies for the US market. Forge strategic alliances with suppliers, integrators, and ecosystem partners to accelerate market adoption of our comprehensive power offerings. Collaboration Work closely with management and cross-functional teams (RnD, product, engineering) to align market needs with technical innovation. Provide customer feedback to inform product development and enhance market fit. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred. Experience: 7+ years in sales/business development in AI datacenters, power infrastructure, or high-tech sectors (data centers, semiconductors, cloud). Proven success in closing complex, high-value deals with major industry players. Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of power distribution, UPS/BESS, HVDC architecture, and emerging technologies such as SST. Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to drive B2B sales cycles, negotiate strategically, and deliver results in enterprise-level engagements. Network: Established relationships with hyperscalers, AI datacenter operators, or EPCs in the US market. Mindset: Entrepreneurial, self-starter, thrives in a fast-moving and high-growth environment.
