We’re currently looking for a Business Development Manager for the Practice Sector on a full-time basis. This position sits within the UK Employer Business Development Team. We are flexible on the location of this role, and it could be based out of our London or Glasgow office, with working from home options available.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to contribute to the development of engagement plans for client partnerships, to deliver against agreed KPIs and promote a variety of ACCA offerings.

THE PERSON

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Understands economic and market trends, business sector developments, competitor activities and ACCA’s product and service offering
  • Can report regularly on progress through the appropriate reporting mechanisms
  • Actively supports the wider work of the local market and contributes to the improvement of local procedures and systems
  • Has demonstrable experience in business development and business-to-business relationship management in the Practice sector
  • Has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term, high quality, trusted relationships up to and including board level, through networking and prospecting with strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Is highly motivated, proactive, enthusiastic and happy to work towards KPIs
