SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven track record in B2B sales of business solutions, software, or services with understanding of complex sales cycles and solutions selling
  • Finance Automation experience – such as AR, AP and Cash Flow Management, as well as Digital Forms and Process Automation
  • Knowledge of corporate business processes is highly desirable (Workflow Automation, solving complex workflow bottlenecks or Enterprise Content Management)
  • Strong background in developing net new logo business – a true hunter
  • Ability to manage client expectations and relationships, ideally qualified in consulting led sales methodologies
  • Experience engaging with C level executives going through digital transformation
Responsibilities
  • Growing the FUJIFILM Process Automation business unit by securing new customers and identifying opportunities across corporate sector
  • Cross-selling and upselling through relationships across the FUJIFILM divisions and operating companies, including co-selling with strategic software vendors and partners
  • Collaborating with a range of internal stakeholders, including pre-sales, inside sales, marketing, strategic software vendors and partners
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets, contributing to the monthly revenue goals
  • Running solution demonstrations with prospective customers, generate proposal agreements and negotiate complex sales cycles
  • Delivering a high level of customer satisfaction through regular engagements, providing educational sharing within industry specific knowledge, along with trends and themes within the DX transformational journey.
