We are seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our market presence, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional with a passion for technology, sustainability, and delivering exceptional client value.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of business development, sales, or account management experience in ITAD, IT services, technology resale, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network within enterprise IT, procurement, or technology services.
  • Knowledge of IT hardware lifecycle management, asset recovery, and e-waste regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities in ITAD and data center services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, VARs, MSPs, OEMs, and channel partners.
  • Understand client needs related to data security, compliance, sustainability, and cost recovery.
  • Present and position ITAD and data center solutions, including asset resale, recycling, refurbishment, and data destruction services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate with operations, remarketing, and compliance teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
