JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to enhance our staffing. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in sales and marketing, along with exceptional negotiation and project management skills.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a Staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of Contingent Staffing processes and techniques.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

    Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Professional who can bring in new client logos, build strong relationships with client POCs, and has solid experience working with VMS & MSP environments.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to manage client relationships and track sales activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery of services while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients through effective customer relationship management practices.
