For the development of necessary concepts and infrastructure we are looking for a Go-To-Market Manager Prosthetics (d/f/m) to make this exciting change journey successful.    Please provide us an English version of your application documents.Duties & Responsibilities   You act as the primary contact between the international sales subsidiaries and the headquarter functions (Marketing, Clinical Research & Services, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Group Controlling) in regard of supervising strategic initiatives and launches Your main focus is on sales and marketing strategies of strategically outstanding products and initiatives (downstream) in distinction towards the area responsibility of global product management - where the focus is set on the whole portfolio strategy and upstream marketing You support the Head of Go-To-Market in order to achieve targets of your own Go-To-Market department In context of the assigned product and service portfolio you do the following: You support in developing and implementing the international market entry strategies for important product launches and service implementations as well as growth-enhancing initiatives You are responsible for the creation of the global sales and marketing plan You have the functional lead of international product launch teams for the market introduction of products from the internal development pipeline as well as from acquired products You coordinate the collaboration of internal stakeholders to implement the Go-To-Market strategy You are in charge of monitoring and reporting the launch performance and the Go-To-Market target achievements in the context of  the after launch management of stragegically important product introductions and initiatives You collaborate closely with Clinical Research & Services and sales subsidiaries in developing and implementing the market access planning of strategically important products You collect the market feedback in order to identify market potentials by including Ottobock Patient Care and the external customer network You take responsibility for the alignment with sales subsidiaries on sales development, support request and problem solvings You promote the experience exchange between sales subsidiaries regarding best practice examples in sales and marketing of products and services Qualifications   Subject-specific studies in the field of economics (preferably a master's degree) 5 years of professional experience Ideally, healthcare experience in diabetes, neurological or orthopedic indications, post-surgical care, or rehabilitation Fluent in spoken and written English Willingness to travel is expected  Benefits   Flexible working time models and a home office option Open corporate culture, regular team events and an exciting international work environment with modern, mobile workplaces Attractive salary package Individual support and further development in the Ottobock Academy's own as well as external further and further training offers Company pension and wealth-related benefits, health management offers, and many other benefits that you can expect from Ottobock
