We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to help grow our property management and real estate brokerage portfolio. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with property owners and driving revenue growth through networking, strategic partnerships and lead generation efforts.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a current (Active) NY Real Estate Salesperson (Realtor) License
• Excellent communication (written & verbal) organizational and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organized and able to maintain tight timelines and deadlines
• Strong user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong user of Google Suite (Documents, Spreadsheets, Slides, Google Drive, etc.)
• Must have a laptop and reliable vehicle
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (strongly desirable)
• Property Management Experience is a big plus
