Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in B2B business development or sales (experience in PropTech, SaaS, or digital marketing preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the real estate sector and/or digital marketing landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable managing multiple deals and working with international clients across different time zones.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and sales reporting

Responsibilities

The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals with property professionals across international markets. This individual will be the face of Property Webmasters in front of prospects, ensuring they understand our value proposition and solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful applicant will have a track record of exceeding ambitious sales targets by creating their own opportunity pipeline. This is not a nice to have, it’s a necessity. The benefits of the role are significant with frequent international travel required.We envisage this role being based in our Hartlepool office but we are prepared to revisit this requirement for the right candidate.

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across global property markets.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage pricing discussions, and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to help them grow their business online.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns and provide feedback on market trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management within the CRM.
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to represent Property Webmasters and expand the brand presence.
