As a Guru you will be accountable for: Identifying and driving strategic business growth opportunities to expand the company's market presence. Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Conducting comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages. Leading sales initiatives and campaigns to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Developing strategic sales proposals and presentations that effectively articulate the value proposition. Working closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals. We're looking for someone who: ฺBachelor degree of Business Administration or related field. 3+ years experience in sales function in the multinationals company is a plus. Demonstrates extensive experience in business development with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Exhibits strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Possesses excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Shows strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from market data and trends. Highly proactive and self-driven, with strong leadership capabilities to drive team success.
