Responsibilities

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

We’re looking for a passionate people manager with over 3 years leadership experience to manage our scaling cross-regional team of BDRs. They will be experts in developing processes, dictating KPIs and mentoring a high-performing team in a thriving fast-paced startup environment. As this is a hybrid role, there will be a requirement to have presence in our Dublin office to collaborate with the BDR and wider team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and scale a team of ambitious cross-regional BDRs
  • Continuously develop and manage a repeatable BDR process
  • Responsible for creating quality outbound and inbound pipeline for account executive team
  • Proven ability to live, breath and dictate KPIs that are aligned to company OKRs
  • Provide actionable insights from our BDR data for consistent improvements to process
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales team to develop inbound and outbound campaigns
  • Ensure BDR team is capturing quality lead information to provide actionable insights for our product team
  • Design and execute upon a comprehensive onboarding and ongoing enablement program for our BDRs
  • Provide consistent structured feedback to marketing on collateral and campaigns for consistent improvement
