SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years in the pultrusion industry, either in resin/fiber sales to converters, or pultruded part sales development to end users
  • Proven ability to work with customers and introduce new products, candidate will be technically as well as commercially proficient
Responsibilities

WHAT ROLE YOU WILL PLAY IN OUR TEAM

Join us in helping grow our ProxximaTM polyolefin thermoset system business. We are now commercializing a range of resins that have been proven in field trials to outperform the conventional materials (vinyl ester, epoxy) used in the production of composite profile by pultrusion.
Your role will be to lead the development of sales within the Americas to help prospective customers convert from their existing thermoset products to ProxximaTM polyolefin thermoset systems by demonstrating the performance advantages of both the coating and its application speed.
Your office will be at the ExxonMobil Campus in Spring, Texas. However, a significant part of your time will be spent collaborating with technical colleagues at our Baytown Technology Centre as well as traveling throughout North America and internationally to support customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Accountable for scouting new opportunities, driving development and converting pipeline opportunity to Sales for Pultrusion applications
  • Manage the sales proposals, follow up on leads
  • Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements
  • Maintain and develop customer base and manage Salesforce on a routine basis
  • Responsible for understanding the value in use of this unique resin system and setting appropriate pricing strategies
  • On an annual basis develop account plans and set strategic direction
  • Attend conferences and trade shows relating to infrastructure and construction
  • Conduct monthly reviews to monitor the progress of the outstanding proposals, inquires and new customers
