Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

As the Business Development Manager, you will spearhead growth across the UK market. Focusing on a highly specialized product range, your mission is to drive sales, expand market share, and leave your mark on industries that are shaping the future—think battery production, semiconductors, and renewable energy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive sales growth through strategic account management and new business development.
  • Establish and manage relationships with OEMs, wholesalers, system integrators, and key accounts.
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to penetrate target verticals, including battery production, semiconductors, chemicals, and more.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to identify new market opportunities and lead-generation campaigns.
  • Provide in-depth market analysis and contribute to process and performance improvements.
  • Work in alignment with company culture and values to foster an open, professional, and entrepreneurial environment.

About You:To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A strong track record in technical industrial sales, ideally with experience in diaphragm pumps or fluid-handling technology.
  • A network of contacts across industries such as battery production, solar energy, semiconductors, or chemicals.
  • Proven ability to grow sales in both direct and indirect sales channels.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a technical or commercial field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and digital tools (e.g., Dynamics 365, Teams, Office).
