JOB OVERVIEW:

Puroclean Emergency Restoration is looking for a high-performing, relationship-focused Business Development Representative/Manager to lead commercial sales growth in the restoration industry. This is a hybrid role focused on building and expanding referral relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, realtors, and commercial clients. Ideal for a driven, strategic professional with documented sales success in mitigation and restoration services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate degree or equivalent experience acceptable
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within restoration, construction, or property services
  • Documented sales results in commercial mitigation/restoration required
  • Strong CRM and sales process management skills
  • Professional sales training and certifications highly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills — people must like and trust you
  • Self-starter with a competitive mindset and high compensation motivation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and mobile sales platforms
  • Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to attend occasional evening or weekend events

Responsibilities
  • Drive new business growth through proactive outreach and strategic sales initiatives
  • Cultivate, grow, and maintain relationships with commercial referral partners including adjusters, brokers, property managers, and facility directors
  • Create and execute targeted growth plans for high-value accounts
  • Represent Puroclean at industry networking events, association meetings, trade shows, and client lunches
  • Educate prospects on Puroclean’s services, mitigation timelines, and insurance coordination
  • Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure a smooth customer handoff
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records and sales tracking
  • Prepare and present custom proposals and service agreements
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals, KPIs, and revenue targets
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
