DESCRIPTION

QBurst is looking for experienced Business Development Managers to work closely with the presales team to drive sales. Your primary focus will be on developing new business opportunities for QBurst in the region.
The position will be full time.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years experience in a similar role preferably in the IT services
  • Demonstrate previous experience or general knowledge of SaaS product sales
  • Confident sales ability and is able to build effective business relationships.
  • Exhibit effective time management and organisational skills
  • Demonstrate ability to identify customer requirements
  • A team player with a willingness to contribute to team goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of significantly exceeding targets and expectations
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial relationship and business development skills
  • Master’s degree in Science, Business,Technology, Computer Applications, or Engineering(any) with 1 year of experience in job offered or related occupation
  • Bachelor’s degree in any of the above fields along with 8 years of experience in job offered or related occupation is acceptable in lieu of the Master’s degree and one year of experience
  • Any suitable combination of education, experience, or training is acceptable
    Salary - $84K-105K (excluding Super)
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $84,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and convert new customers to QBurst and meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned sectors.
  • Coordinate requirements, develop and negotiate contracts and integrate contract requirements with business operations to close new business deals.
  • To build and maintain effective relationships with key accounts through effective account management tools
  • Support and represent the business/team at events and trade shows
  • Arrive at Technical proposal with the right design & solution based on the RFP need; working with Technical Architects and Digital Delivery teams
  • Manage scope and expectation of the client
  • Negotiate contract rates with clients, with a focus on company profitability goals and objectives
