• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making and identify emerging opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in business development within the securities or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully originating and closing significant deals and generating substantial revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of capital markets, investment products (equities, fixed income, derivatives), and regulatory frameworks.
