About the role As the Business Development Manager – Victoria at Quantaco, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across pubs, clubs and restaurants throughout Victoria. This is a consultative B2B sales role focused on selling a combination of SaaS technology solutions and professional accounting services. You will engage venue operators and hospitality groups, uncover operational and financial pain points, demonstrate the value of the Quantaco platform and guide prospects through complex sales cycles. Reporting to the Head of Sales in Sydney, you will collaborate closely with our sales teams, leveraging proven market success, data insights and national growth strategies to expand Quantaco’s footprint in Victoria and beyond. We are looking for a commercially driven relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys opening doors and building partnerships, and is motivated by delivering meaningful business outcomes for clients. Responsibilities Identify, prospect and engage hospitality operators across pubs, clubs and restaurants Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities Generate new business through outbound activity, networking and industry engagement Develop trusted relationships with venue owners, operators and key stakeholders Present Quantaco’s platform and services with confidence and credibility Maintain ongoing engagement throughout the sales lifecycle Conduct discovery sessions and technology demonstrations Understand operational, reporting and financial challenges within hospitality businesses Position Quantaco’s software and accounting services as an integrated business solution tailored to client needs Manage complex B2B sales cycles from initial engagement through to close Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking within HubSpot CRM Represent Quantaco at hospitality expos, networking events and industry functions Travel as required to meet clients, attend events and participate in team initiatives About you Experience in business development, SaaS sales or solution-based B2B sales Experience selling technology, finance, operational or service-based solutions preferred Hospitality industry experience or an existing hospitality network highly regarded Understanding of venue operations, reporting or financial management advantageous Proven success managing complex sales cycles and exceeding sales targets Strong commercial acumen with a consultative, solution-focused sales approach Confident negotiating high-value commercial agreements Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills Comfortable demonstrating software platforms and technology solutions Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot preferred Self-motivated, proactive and highly organised Curious, resilient and commercially driven Able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with a national team What’s in it for you?
