ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with proven experience in the Dubai real estate and holiday home sector, specifically in onboarding and securing properties for short-term rental management.
Please note: We are specifically seeking professionals with a background in real estate and holiday home operations, especially in signing and onboarding new units.
This is a high-energy, performance-focused role ideal for someone who thrives on achieving targets, enjoys building strong networks, and understands the local property landscape.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and connect with property owners and real estate partners to build and grow our portfolio.
• Actively network within Dubai’s real estate and holiday home market to generate qualified leads.
• Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities for holiday home rentals.
• Negotiate and secure agreements with property owners to onboard new short-term rental units.
• Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with property owners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owner communications and support.
• Work closely with the management team to structure fair, transparent, and beneficial contracts.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless onboarding, listing, and management of new properties.
