Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by focusing on new business acquisition. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Generating leads and pursuing new business opportunities within the security industry.
  • Selling a diverse range of security products and solutions to installation companies.
  • Offering full consultations to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Conducting product demonstrations and advising customers on the most suitable options for their requirements.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven sales background in the security industry, with demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Experience in manufacturing or distribution within the security sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult and build trust with clients.
  • A proactive, results-driven attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Full UK driving license and the flexibility to travel across Scotland
