JOB SUMMARY:

The Business Development Manager will drive the strategic growth of the company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the real estate sector, focusing on client acquisition, market expansion, and partnerships, while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of UAE real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

  • Client and Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and investors.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure business.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Drive sales and achieve revenue targets through proactive business development.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals to clients.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure business development activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Identify and mitigate business risks.
  • Reporting:
  • Monitor business development performance and report regularly to management.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute business strategies and initiatives.
