JOB SUMMARY:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and management teams to implement strategies that increase revenue and enhance brand visibility.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully generating leads and closing deals.
  • Strong network within Dubai’s real estate sector is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
