Description:

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in business development or sales, with a focus on real estate (preferably in Dubai or the GCC region).
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, trends, and regulations.
  • Proven ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking abilities and relationship management.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Real estate: 3 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Business Strategy & Development:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth in the real estate market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets, including commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of trends and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Create and manage lead generation efforts to secure new clients and investors.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, brokers, and industry partners.
  • Understand clients’ needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements to ensure profitable deals.
  • Sales and Marketing Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create promotional strategies, campaigns, and materials.
  • Help design and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and company goals.
  • Ensure the company’s brand is effectively communicated across all platforms and channels.
  • Reporting and Market Insights:
  • Track business development KPIs and report on progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior management.
  • Provide market intelligence and recommendations for market entry or expansion.
  • Monitor competition and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks.
