Description:
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in business development or sales, with a focus on real estate (preferably in Dubai or the GCC region).
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, trends, and regulations.
- Proven ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking abilities and relationship management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:
- Business Strategy & Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth in the real estate market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets, including commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of trends and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Create and manage lead generation efforts to secure new clients and investors.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, brokers, and industry partners.
- Understand clients’ needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements to ensure profitable deals.
- Sales and Marketing Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create promotional strategies, campaigns, and materials.
- Help design and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and company goals.
- Ensure the company’s brand is effectively communicated across all platforms and channels.
- Reporting and Market Insights:
- Track business development KPIs and report on progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior management.
- Provide market intelligence and recommendations for market entry or expansion.
- Monitor competition and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks.
