In this role, your primary focus will be driving revenue by converting leads, generating new business, and selling the value of our property management services to residential property owners. You’ll educate prospects on how we can solve their property management challenges—but more importantly, you’ll close deals and build lasting client relationships by clearly demonstrating how Real Property Management stands out from the competition.
If you’re a natural communicator with strong sales instincts, a love for chasing new business, and the desire to control your income through performance, we want to talk to you!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

  • Nurture & Close Leads – As the first point of contact for inbound leads, you will meet with property owners, deliver persuasive presentations, and close new management agreements.
  • Educate Prospective Clients – Clearly communicate the value of partnering with Real Property Management and position our company as the superior choice in the market. You’ll be presenting sales proposals on how we can address their needs and make their life easier.
  • Identify New Opportunities – Network in the community, attend industry events, and mine current client relationships for additional opportunities to generate new leads.
  • Consistent Follow Up – Track interactions and leads in the CRM, follow up diligently, and stay focused on activities that drive sales results.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
