What you’ll be doing Reporting to MMI Director of Sales, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities in the real estate industry to drive Reapit’s growth. At times you will be representing Reapit at property and technology conferences, trade shows, and networking events. The ideal candidate is an outgoing, strategic thinking, sales expert who is socially confident with excellent communication, and relationship building skills to expand Reapit’s market presence and revenue streams. Business Growth & Sales Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets. Identify potential clients, partnerships, and new market opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders. Drive lead generation, prospecting, and networking efforts to expand the business. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations. Market Research & Strategy Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. Monitor and analyse sales performance data to inform decision making. Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align business strategies. Provide feedback and insights from customers to improve products and services. Reporting & Compliance Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development initiatives. Prepare regular reports on business performance, forecasts, and market conditions. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Event Attendance & Representation: Attend industry-specific conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent Reapit. Act as an ambassador for the company, promoting our products and services. Who we're looking for At Reapit, we prioritise hiring individuals who share our values and possess the right attitudes and behaviours for success. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. Most importantly, you’ll be a self-starter with high energy, adept at building commercially profitable relationships for Reapit. Knowledge of property and tech industries. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for networking and building relationships. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including evenings and potentially weekends, as required by event schedules. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, as well as other lead generation tools. Highly organised with excellent time management skills What your impact and success looks like We expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this: Within 1 month: Gain a thorough understanding of the company products, services, value proposition, and target market. Build relationships with key internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and leadership teams. Develop a prospect list and initiate outreach to potential clients. Familiarise yourself with CRM systems, sales processes, and reporting tools. Attend industry events, training sessions, or networking opportunities to build marketing knowledge. Within 3 months: Secure initial meetings with key prospects and actively build a pipeline of potential clients. Present and pitch company offerings to prospective clients with confidence. Identify and explore new business opportunities, partnerships, or market expansion strategies. Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation and outreach strategies. Achieve early sales targets or contribute to revenue-generating activities. Within 6 months: Successfully close initial deals and contribute to company revenue. Establish strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Develop and execute a long-term business growth strategy aligned with company objectives. Provide valuable market insights and feedback to improve products/services. We operate a Flexible Working Policy, and we would like for you to work from our Milton office, 2 days a week.
