ABOUT THE ROLE

Talent Blaze Pte Ltd is seeking a driven and experienced Recruitment Agency Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new client opportunities, as well as developing and nurturing existing relationships to drive business growth.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Prospecting and sourcing new client leads through networking, cold-calling, and other proactive outreach methods
  • Arranging and conducting client meetings to pitch Talent Blaze’s recruitment services and solutions
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to convert leads into clients
  • Managing and growing existing client accounts by delivering exceptional service and identifying new opportunities
  • Collaborating with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and ensure successful placements
  • Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
