Reem Hospital is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in the construction industry to lead strategic growth initiatives, develop key partnerships, and identify new business opportunities across the UAE market.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the construction, infrastructure, and related sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, government entities, and key stakeholders.
• Drive corporate business growth through strategic partnerships and commercial negotiations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of business development strategies.
• Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the organization's long-term growth objectives.
• Represent the organization at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.

• RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of business development experience within the construction, engineering, infrastructure, or real estate sectors.
• Proven track record of securing major projects and developing strategic client relationships.
• Strong network within the UAE construction industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities.
• UAE driving license preferred.
