Helix Linear is looking for a Field Sales Engineer to join our team. This is a hands-on, high-impact role responsible for executing our go-to-market sales strategy and expanding our channel partnerships. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you’ll work closely with leadership, customers, and partners to build and sustain a world-class sales operation.

ARE YOU THE ONE?REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. (preferred).
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in the Linear Motion industry.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM (preferred).
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that drive revenue and margin growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop & Execute Sales Strategies – Drive the strategic go-to-market sales channel strategy and expand third-party channel partners across assigned territories.
  • Manage & Support Channel Partners – Coach and guide channel partners to maximize growth and revenue.
  • Grow Key Accounts – Build strong, strategic relationships with key customers and establish Helix Linear as their preferred supplier.
  • Achieve Sales Targets – Develop and execute a sales plan to meet/exceed business objectives.
  • Optimize Business Performance – Implement sales processes that deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting policy deployment and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive customer success and business growth.
  • Travel & Engage with Customers – Be ready to travel frequently across North America to engage customers and partners in person.
