We’re seeking a confident, high‑impact Business Development Manager to champion Rexel’s Renewables & Clean Energy portfolio across broader North Brisbane / Sunshine Coast area Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of Rexel in the region — identifying new opportunities, deepening relationships with installers and contractors, and accelerating our footprint in solar, storage, EV and emerging clean‑tech solutions. This is a role for someone who thrives on growth, influence and making a tangible impact in a rapidly expanding sector. Job Description Building and strengthening relationships with customers, suppliers, branch teams and key industry stakeholders across FNQ. Driving sales growth across the Renewables & Clean Energy portfolio. Preparing compelling proposals, presentations and solution‑based sales pitches. Promoting Rexel’s multi‑channel customer experience — branch, webstore, phone and digital platforms. Using CRM as your central hub for customer insights, pipeline management and strategic planning. Delivering strong sales and margin outcomes in line with business targets. Qualifications Proven success in sales within the Renewables, Solar, Clean Energy or Electrical sectors. A driven, energetic and resilient approach — you enjoy the chase and excel at building trust. Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence at all levels. Experience in electrical wholesale, trades, or building/construction environments. A clean, full driver’s licence and willingness to travel across FNQ.
