Description

MISSIONS:

In direct link with the General Manager of REPERTOIRE CULINAIRE Australia, the new Business Development Manager is required to focus on Key Accounts nationwide, and favorise company’s expansion in the east coast. (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne areas).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Represent the company towards its customers. Build and Develop trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer, stakeholder & executive sponsors
-Develop new business strategies to develop existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets.
-Penetrate major retailers and food service institutions : managing the entire cycle from sourcing to submission, and follow up.
-Benchmark market trends ensuring that the Company’s product range and pricing meets market requirements.
-Take responsibility for and lead the execution of agreed sales strategies.
-Identify key areas of business to then recruit, train and supervise the sales team.
-Create and implement monthly targets for the sales team (Rep, Operations Managers, Assistant)
-Manage representation of the business during festival, events, PR, and shows.
-Implement the CRM tool & measure efficiency on the sales team results.
-Create a loyalty scheme towards our key customers supported with our manufacturers in France to reward and to initiate the up sale
-Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
-Assist the Director with analytic sales reports for budget and shareholding meetings.
-Report to Managing Director

SKILLS:

-Strong Experience in Food industry.
-Import protocols knowledge.
-Supply chain experience.
-French speaker (deal with our Manufacturers in France).
-Notion in chinese (deal with several manufacturers in China)
-Minimum of 5 years in similar role.
-Strong strategy and communication skills

QUALIFICATION:

-Tertiary qualification is Business/ Commerce
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $100,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:

  • Performance bonus
