Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3 years experience in the ICT services industry or as a Business Application Consultant having a commercial affinity and willing to move to the profession of Sales
- Passionate about Microsoft Business Application solutions
- Ability to identify and prioritise opportunities that will drive digital transformation for a client
- Problem solver and ability to work in fast-changing environments and manage ambiguity
- Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Management or other relevant field of studies
- Fluent in English as well as French
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing new business within Luxembourg and focus on Local Government, European Union, Financial Services Industry and other strategic clients who have their HQ in Luxembourg and local Luxembourgish companies
- Develop and maintain customer account plans for all the accounts in your designated territory which include white space analysis of current customer solution and technology footprint/landscapes, customer pains, competitive landscape and industry trends
- Discover, assess, evaluate and challenge strategic customer objectives by translating them into digital transformation opportunities that leverage the Dynamics 365 Business Applications suite (Sales automation, Marketing automating, Customer Service/Case Management, Field Service etc) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Page) and AI (Copilot Studio)
- Develop deep trusted adviser relationships with Business decision-makers by actively understanding customer business pains, requirements, strategic growth objectives, and industry trends and providing business-value-outcome-based solutions
- Be a disciplined operator by maintaining a rolling pipeline, keeping it current and in accurate stages as well as leverage marketing and your relationship network to build a pipeline
- Work together with other Reply companies in delivering and promoting end-to-end services (Change Management, Data Privacy, IT-security, Agile Transformation, Customer Advisory) or working together with the Reply Microsoft Alliance members on International Business Applications Projects (Reply Business Applications Germany, Italy etc) in industries such as the European Union and International Manufacturing Companies
