THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to play a key role in driving growth and expanding our presence across industries. This is a highly external-facing role that requires a proactive, commercially minded professional who excels in building relationships, identifying opportunities, and representing ReQuip at industry events and client meetings.

· Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new business across multiple sectors.
· Build and maintain long-term client relationships at senior and decision-making levels.
· Represent ReQuip Services at trade shows, conferences, and industry networking events.
· Promote the commercial and environmental benefits of repurposed materials.
· Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
· Provide accurate reporting of sales activity, pipeline development, and market insights.
