RestoPros of Dayton is looking for a driven, dynamic, and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in the Dayton region. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you’ll be on the front lines building strong partnerships, expanding our referral network, and generating a consistent pipeline of mitigation and restoration projects.
You’ll have the autonomy to make an immediate impact while leveraging the full support of an established, growing company. Your mission: own the market by creating lasting relationships with plumbers, property managers, insurance agents, contractors, real estate professionals, and other key decision-makers who influence referral opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Drive new business development by cultivating relationships with strategic referral partners.
  • Consistently hit or exceed sales goals by leveraging your relationship-building and closing skills.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of mitigation and restoration leads through face-to-face meetings, networking events, and consistent outreach.
  • Partner closely with property managers, plumbers, contractors, real estate agents, and insurance professionals to secure recurring referral opportunities.
