Ciklum is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team full-time in United Kingdom.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years within Sales/ Project Management function including consulting, technology solutions / IT services, front office transformation and digital engagements
  • Experience in selling automation services (intelligent automation, process mining etc) would be an advantage
  • Ability to interact with the key decision makers, convey the value proposition of the Ciklum suite of services, and explain in clear terms how Ciklum can help them to execute on his/her business strategy
  • Strong commercial and contractual acumen
  • Capability to own and manage account level P&L responsibility including client contracts, invoicing etc
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will assume responsibility for seeking out and identifying new opportunities, building pipeline and delivering against a sales target with quality, profitable and sustainable wins within the Consumer client vertical (Retail, e-commerce, FMCG). Our business development teams are typically in office 3 times a week fostering collaboration and access to our capability teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement new client acquisition strategies to maintain Ciklum’s revenue within the Consumer client vertical
  • Develop relationships with key buyers and decision makers, identifying opportunities that match with our solutions stimulating client interest
  • Lead and deliver early-stage discussions/pitches, developing them into meaningful opportunities
  • Research, develop and maintain strategic target account list
  • Lead opportunities through all stages of the sales process – from prospect to signature (maintaining lead position through transition to “account management)
  • Support vertical sales leads in strategic sales pursuits
  • Ensure pipeline quality and quantity in CRM and follow the Ciklum’s sales process
  • Building compelling value propositions, (content and materials) which support the business development process
  • Evangelizing Ciklum through whitepapers, events and seminars
