QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, community engagement, marketing, or event planning, preferably in hospitality or senior living industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to cultivate meaningful relationships.
  • Creative event planning and execution skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable with CRM tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (local travel required between residences and community locations/events).

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for strengthening community connections and showcasing the vibrant lifestyle offered at our Oakville retirement residences. This role focuses on community outreach, event execution, and strategic relationship building to support occupancy growth. By collaborating with the Sales teams and Executive Directors, you will help prospective residents and their families discover the exceptional experiences and personalized services we provide.
