JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our client base, strengthen referral relationships, and expand our presence in the community. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building connections and has a deep understanding of the home care or senior services industry. This role will include a base salary with performance bonuses for contracts closed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or outreach within the home care or senior services industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving growth and building referral relationships in the industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with the Seattle senior care ecosystem and community resources
  • Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and passion for service
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic data analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
