As we continue our exciting growth path, and further strengthen our position as market leaders in the high-tech logistics sector, we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and sales focused executive, to join our team, reporting to and working closely with the Head of Sales to develop new opportunities in existing and new markets. You will support the creation of tailor-made logistics concepts and solutions to match client specific requirements Data preparation/analysis Generate prospects(e.g. work through studies, search through platforms and other digital media) Administrative matters, e.g. trade fair preparation , CRM Updates , Sales progress reports Where new services are targeted by the business you will play the leading role in sourcing service providers, obtaining costs and ultimately designing the appropriate logistics solutions and cost models You will provide the analysis, processing and presentation of trends and developments in the target markets You will process national and international logistics tenders and customer enquiries, carry out feasibility studies and prepare offers. Creation of price calculations and price comparisons as well as the evaluation of CRM activities You will be involved in cross-departmental projects and take on the communication and coordination with various company units to anchor the customer perspective. Work closely with our key account management team to support and control customer-specific sales projects Create/update request for quote response maps What You Bring: Person Specification Able to respond efficently in a solution-oriented manner and have strong analytical and conceptual skills You must have a high degree of self-motivation with a self-confident appearance, assertiveness and courage to innovate. As a team player with strong communication skills, you are able to communicate professionally at the various hierarchical levels – both internally and with customers Essential Qualification / Skills A successfully completed degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on logistics or supply chain management or related training and further education You have a very good command of spoken and written English You have a good level of knowledge of the following Microsoft applications Excel Word PowerPoint Desirable Ideally, you already have experience in the areas of tender management and sales project work.
