We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Business Development Managers (BDMs) to lead institutional sales in the clinic, hospital, and boutique sectors across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our client base in the clinic, spa, salon, and boutique sectors * Identify and engage potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and networking * Establish long-term partnerships with key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction * Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets * Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and after-sales payment collection

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field * Proven experience in B2B or institutional sales, preferably in the clinic, beauty, or retail industry * Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Strong knowledge of UAE market dynamics, particularly in healthcare and boutique segments * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
