Reports to: Sales Manager
Salary: £27,000 Basic + Uncapped OTE (expected 1st year earnings £40,000)
Permanent, Full time: 5 days per week, Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm
Location: Unit 3 Whiffens Farm, Clement Street, Hextable, Kent, BR8 7PQ

· Training and onboarding programme of 4 weeks to bring you up to speed on the services we offer and understand how we work, why clients choose us over our competitors and to develop a strategy to not only hit but exceed your monthly target.
· Achieve monthly targets by a mix of:
- Outbound sales calls (find/nurture/convert) new business
- Account management of lapsed/dormant accounts.
· Updating of CRM system (Hubspot) and reporting on progress
· Internal liaison with our technical departments for pricing and specification writing of proposals
· Negotiating with clients to secure business
· Working to consistently meet and exceed your targets (performance related progression available)
