THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically minded UK Business Development Manager to lead direct sales and service support for Textile machinery and autoclaves within the UK Market.
You will also support our principal partners – who are globally recognised manufacturers – in the sales and promotion of their machinery, acting as a local expert and point of contact for UK customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead direct sales of Advanced dyeing solutions equipment, autoclaves, and related machinery to UK clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UK markets across all company sectors.
• Provide first hand response on technical issues using the service team to assist ,including machine demonstrations and site visits.
• Manage service contracts uptake and renewal liaising with the in-house service team
• Support principal partners by promoting their products in the UK, attending meetings, trade shows, and providing customer feedback.
• Build extremely strong relationships with new and existing customer to offered tailored solutions to support their needs
• Collaborate with the international Business Development Manager to ensure alignment on Roaches global strategy, product knowledge and technical updates.
