JOB SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager. This candidate should possess either a business or engineering degree, with at least 3 years’ professional work experience within a sales function. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of plastics, and ability to work individually and as a team member across many departments. We are looking for a candidate with experience in customer relationships, prospecting, and the ability to help the company succeed as a brand.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· A bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Engineering or any related field preferred
· 3 or more years’ experience in technical sales
· Composites and manufacturing experience preferred

* VACUUM/THERMOFORMING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

· Knowledge and experience using CRM, Salesforce preferred
· Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate
· Proficient Problem Solving and analytic skills
· Strong organization skills and time management skills
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Proficient using Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

· Proactively identify, cultivate, and qualify leads
· Drive revenue growth by prospecting new business, nurturing existing relationships, and converting leads into long-term customers
· Develop and execute account strategies for key customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and expansion of business
· Collaborate with distributors and channel partners to increase sales through joint calls, technical support, and sales enablement activities
· Lead the end-to-end RFQ process cradle to grave —ensuring alignment with company capabilities and profitability targets
· Maintain accurate and timely sales pipeline updates in CRM and related tracking tools to support forecasting and strategic decision-making
· Regularly communicate with prospects and customers via outbound campaigns (calls, emails, events) to drive engagement and awareness
· Gather and analyze customer, market, and competitor intelligence to inform product positioning, pricing, and strategic planning to executive team and cross functional team members
· Contribute to annual sales planning, including building forecasts, understanding new product timelines and tracking performance
· Collaborate with leadership to define and execute market entry strategies and identify high-potential verticals for growth
· Support marketing initiatives by contributing to brand development, content creation, and campaign strategy to attract and convert leads
· Perform other duties as assigned to support the organization’s strategic goals and business development efforts
