JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and enhancing our market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales and marketing, as well as proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in business development or sales management, preferably within a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software, particularly Salesforce, to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
