ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of consistently exceeding targets.
  • Strong business development and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to spot and act on opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently.
  • Willingness to travel and occasionally work outside standard hours.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Business Development Manager will be central to driving IRLearning’s growth. This is a proactive role focused on generating new business, opening doors, and securing opportunities. You’ll be someone who thrives on the chase, identifying leads, building a strong pipeline, and converting opportunities into results.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement proactive sales initiatives to expand IRLearning’s market reach.
  • Convert warm leads generated through social media activity into enrolments.
  • Actively identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across all training products.
  • Drive sales performance and support marketing activities to boost enrolments.
  • Provide input into program development to ensure products remain competitive and relevant.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to shape effective sales strategies.
  • Represent IRLearning at industry events and forums to build brand presence.
