  • Melbourne role with dynamic National RTO
    Based in Melbourne, this BDM position is with a national RTO delivering a range of accredited traineeships through the hospitality, industrial, supply chain, government, corporate and care sectors.
    We are seeking a high performance sales professional from the RTO VET sector, with a passion for further education and extensive professional connections across Melbourne and Victoria and further, with L&D leaders.

We seek someone:

  • From the RTO sector
  • Hungry to make new sales – research and cold call
  • With training client account management experience (in VET preferred)

This commercial role will be focused on increasing revenue within current accounts and introducing appropriate businesses with professional training solutions.

  • Identify and convert new sales and client opportunities, focussing on traineeships
  • Explore opportunities with current clients to expand program delivery and increase current active students
  • Explore opportunities with current clients to expand on projects and courses delivered (Projects include but are not limited to: School-based students, pre-employment pathways, industry specific grants and resource development)
