Job Description:
Reporting to the Directors, the Business Development Manager will make a significant impact on the company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the construction industry.
This crucial role will involve working closely with Directors and their various departments to ensure they are reaching their full potential within their range of services, along with developing new strategies that align with their strengths.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector
· Establish, build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and other key stakeholders that align with the Company Vision, Mission and Core Values
· Develop and implement effective business development strategies to increase company revenue.
· Negotiate and close contracts with clients and partners
· Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to project commencement
· Prepare proposals, pre-qualification questionnaires, bid writing, and presentations tailored to meet our client needs
· Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
· Collaborate with management teams to ensure seamless transitions from sales to project execution
· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
· Duties and responsibilities will vary in line with progress.
Working Terms:

This is a full time position and hours of work will be 42 hours per week. This will also involve daily travel and working away as deemed necessary for the needs of the business.
07:45hrs to 17:15hrs Monday to Thursday 07:45hrs to 16:45hrs Friday
