ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our presence in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, driving sales and revenue growth in technology and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in technology or AI sales, a strong understanding of the B2B market in APAC, and a proven ability to navigate diverse business landscapes across the region. This role requires a commercially driven professional who can identify high-potential opportunities, engage with key stakeholders, and contribute to the company’s regional growth strategy.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the technology, AI, SaaS, or enterprise software industry in APAC.
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals and driving revenue growth in markets such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and Southeast Asia.
  • Strong understanding of AI, SaaS, and emerging tech solutions, with the ability to translate complex technology into tangible business value for APAC enterprises.
  • Experience working in a regional sales role, managing multiple markets and understanding local business cultures.
  • A hunter mentality with a proactive approach to lead generation and deal closing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to sell to senior executives and C-suite decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with regional teams across different time zones.
  • This position is open to candidates based in Singapore (citizens or PRs preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Market Expansion in APAC: Identify, develop, and execute business opportunities across key APAC markets, including Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and Southeast Asia.
  • Enterprise Sales & Go-To-Market Strategy: Develop and implement tailored go-to-market strategies to drive B2B sales and adoption of AI-powered solutions.
  • Regional Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, technology partners, and government agencies to drive long-term business success.
  • Revenue Growth & Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed sales targets by leveraging a consultative, solutions-based sales approach tailored to APAC’s diverse business landscape.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Analyze regional market trends, industry developments, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Partnership Development: Establish and grow strategic alliances with key regional technology players, SaaS providers, and AI-driven enterprises.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Work closely with the leadership team to refine regional sales methodologies and optimize sales cycles.
    The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy, highly motivated business development professional with deep industry experience in AI, SaaS, or related technology fields within the APAC region.
