Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Business Development / Sales Manager to expand our presence in South East Asia, with a focus on India and Australia. This role will drive new business development, manage key customer relationships, and work closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and successful product launches. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities across existing and new industry verticals Manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships Lead RFQs, quotations, and proposal development based on customer and market needs Collaborate with Project Managers, R&D, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution and product launches Conduct market and customer analysis to support pricing and solution strategy Initiate and support regional marketing and promotion activities Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen partnerships and improve satisfaction Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in technology-related industries Familiarity with x86 / RISC hardware platforms (PC, IPC, Server) is a plus Knowledge of system integration, hardware/software architecture, and Android-based products preferred Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills Experience working with cross-functional teams and product development processes Education & Language Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields Fluent Mandarin and strong English communication skills Personal Attributes Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work under pressure Team player with solid organizational and problem-solving skills Can’t find a suitable opening?
