JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking to hire Business Development Manager/Sales Manager for one of Dubai based clients.
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding customer base by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the B2C and B2B ecommerce fulfillment, warehousing, and last-mile delivery sectors. This role requires a dynamic sales professional with industry knowledge, strong client relationships, and the ability to drive lead generation, partnerships, and revenue growth.
You will be responsible for building relationships with DTC brands, online retailers, corporate businesses, and marketplaces, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of logistics innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in E-commerce logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, or supply chain solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in B2C and B2B logistics.
  • Strong network and relationships with e-commerce brands, online marketplaces, and corporate B2B clients.
  • Expertise in warehouse management, inventory optimization, order fulfillment, and last-mile logistics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with CRM tools, sales automation, and data analytics.Bachelors degree in business, Sales, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
