ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Business Development Manager, you will champion True Hands’ mission—raising awareness, initiating meaningful conversations, and building trusted relationships across the community and broader healthcare sector.
You’ll engage with families, community leaders, healthcare professionals, and local networks to position True Hands as a reliable, values-driven provider in the Home Care and Community Nursing

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promote True Hands’ home care services
  • Identify and develop relationships with key stakeholders in the community and healthcare industry
  • Generate leads and opportunities through networking, outreach, and strategic partnerships
  • Represent True Hands at community events, forums, and healthcare meetings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client onboarding and service delivery
  • Track engagement efforts and report on business development activities
  • A passion for people and a purpose-driven mindset
  • Proven experience in business development, community engagement, or healthcare sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with the healthcare, aged care, or disability sector is a plus
